First, it’s important to note that not matter what you do for your skin, you should always apply sun screen and protect your skin from the sun. The sun causes 90% of skin damage. While a good skin care routine can help minimize the look of wrinkles and sun spots, it’s better to just not have this skin damage to start with. Exfoliate the skin 1-2 times a week, removing dead skin from the surface of the face. Skin can look dry, dull, and rough without removal of these dead skin cells.

The basic premise for a daily beauty routine is to wash, treat and protect the skin. The products you apply in the morning will be different than what you apply at night.

In the morning, use a gentle formula to wash the skin. At night, oils from hair transfer onto your pillow case, which can clog the pores.

At night, it is important to clean your face, as you have been exposed to environmental pollutants, make-up and sweat, all of which can clog the pores and potentially cause inflammation and micro-scarring (which is how a wrinkle is formed).

In the morning, give your skin a boost with Vitamin C serum. It’s full of antioxidants, which help fight free radicals all day. Once the Vitamin C Serum dries, apply Hyaluronic Acid Serum over the Vitamin C Serum. The hyaluronic acid serum forms a protective barrier on the skin, which locks in moisture all day. Dab on Total Repair Eye Gel in desired areas once hyaluronic acid serum has absorbed. This will help you look refreshed and more awake, as it tightens the skin.

At night: After washing the face apply Retinol Serum. Retinol helps treat things like brown spots, acne, roughness, and collagen breakdown. It’s also been shown to reduce pore size and minimize fine lines. Once the retinol is absorbed, you can apply hyaluronic acid serum. Remember this helps keep moisture in the skin, so it doesn’t dry out at night when the skin is already working hard to repair itself. Dab on Total Repair Eye Gel in desired areas once the hyaluronic acid is absorbed.

In the morning, you can apply the Advanced Age-Defying Moisturizer or Vitamin C Cream to moisturize the face for the day. Be sure to apply a layer of SPF before adding moistuizer.

At night, apply moisture to the face with Advanced Age-Defying Moisturizer, Vitamin C Cream, or Retinol Cream as needed.
